Women's Guild Committees

Women's Guild committees plan and host various events and activities throughout the year. Your gifts of time and talent are unique to you; they are special gifts that only you can give. How are you being called to serve?

Holiday Gift Baskets Committees: collect and assemble donations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter for families in need

Bake Sale Committee: organizes and runs bake sale after Masses

Fall Parish Dinner/Soup Supper, Senior Luncheon, and Communion Breakfast Committees: plan menu; prepare and serve food; set-up/clean-up

Sunshine Committee: visits and sends cards to the homebound, those in nursing homes and hospitals, and others in need; acknowleges family events in our parish community

Hospitality Committee: hosts receptions for Parish events as needed, including the St. Joseph Table receptions

Parish Hall Committee: cleans, monitors, maintains, and makes improvements to our Parish Hall

Pro-Life Activities Committee: participates in pro-life activities in Poughkeepsie (40 Days for Life campaigns); oversees collection and delivery of donations to Birthright on the fourth Sunday of each month

Rosary Ministry: prays the Rosary at parishioner wakes if requested by the family

Women's Day of Prayer Committee: organizes details of annual women's retreat

In addition, ad hoc committees may be formed as the need arises.
